In this class, the student will be introduced to the Pump Shotgun Nomenclature. What this means is that the student will learn what each part of the shotgun is called. Students will become familiar with the take down, cleaning, and reassembling process of the Pump Shotgun. The purpose of each part and how each part works will be explained. Students will become familiar with different sites and ammunition. At the end of the class, we will go to the 25-yard shotgun range here at H&H and work on how the different ammunition works in your shotgun. If possible, I will help each student set their shotgun up the way they would like it. If the students wish to have the shotgun worked on by a Gunsmith, we have those here at H&H for an additional cost. This is a very basic 4-hour class and is equivalent to the Shotgun familiarization class given to Law Enforcement officers. It is worth 4 CEUs of CLEET credit for Law Enforcement Officers and a certificate will be given to each student completing the class. This is the first class in a series of Pump Shotgun classes that will be introduced in the future.
Cost: $100 per student. H&H has all required equipment available for rent or sale. Please come early if you need to purchase or rent equipment or ammo. This class is also open for scheduling upon request with CD Perkins by calling H&H Shooting Sports or send a email at email@example.com,
